David A. Fuller Bsc IEng is the trading name of Marine Consultancy Ltd.

Marine Consultancy Ltd’s principal surveyor, David A. Fuller, has a Degree (BSc Honours) in Nautical Studies (Naval Architecture and Marine Commerce), is registered as an Incorporated Engineer with the Engineering Council, and has 20 plus years experience in the marine industry as an engineer, boatbuilder, boatyard manager and consultant surveyor.

David A. Fuller is a Member of the Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technology (IMarEST), and is currently Chairman of the Institute’s ‘Small Ships Group’ (SSG) and an Approved SSG Surveyor/Consultant.
